Summary
Claire Rouge serves as the leader of Team Scarlet and wields the flame spirit Scarlet, a powerful entity capable of transforming into a whip. She belongs to the "Raven Class," a group notorious for housing problem students like herself. Her reputation as the sister of a traitor frequently leads to her alienation by her peers, forcing her to remain largely solitary. This isolation drives her desire to acquire a stronger spirit, resulting in her persistent attempts to recruit Kamito as her contracted partner, even though he consistently refuses her requests. Originally a noble from the "Duchy of Elstein," Claire abandoned her family name four years after the incident involving her sister, Rubia Elstein, also known as The Calamity Queen, which resulted in the destruction of the Ordesia empire. Despite her isolated nature, she maintains a friendship with Rinslet, although their daily interactions resemble those of rivals more than close companions. During their frequent arguments, Rinslet often mocks Claire regarding her flat chest.
