Ro, Jisei
Summary
Ro Jisei is a Sei type fighter who utilizes the deadly Satsujin Ken style alongside Chinese Kenpo. He first appears in Battle 266. A former friend of Ma Sougetsu, he is credited by Ma Kensei with guiding Sougetsu toward the dark path of the Satsujin Ken. Ro serves as a member of the organization Yami and holds the position of master to Chou Enshin. During periods when Ma Sougetsu is absent, Ro steps in as a representative of the One Shadow Nine Fists. His initial appearance occurs during a meeting of the One Shadow Nine Fists following the death of Kanou Shou. With much of his face obscured, Ro voices his opinion that Shou was unworthy of inheriting his techniques, though he does not elaborate on his reasoning. He remains absent from the narrative until the match between his disciple, Chou, and Tanimoto Natsu. Ro and Sougetsu observe the bout as Tanimoto secures victory and earns the Moon symbol of Yomi. The ultimate fate of Ro and Chou after their replacement is left unknown. It is implied that Ro either continues training his disciple or seeks a new successor after his original student was removed from power.
