Isogi, Toshio
Summary
Isogi is a taxi driver who crosses paths with Onodera Yuuichi after the protagonist engages in an affair with one of his ceramic arts students. During the ride to the beach, Isogi allows Yuuichi to vent his emotional turmoil, effectively helping him talk through his despair. This conversation ultimately prevents Yuuichi from taking his own life.
