Summary
Hanako Tanaka is a tomboyish teenager who has suffered from chronic headaches since birth, forcing her to visit the nurse’s office with regularity. This frequent absence led her classmates to believe she was merely slacking off, resulting in bullying that left her deeply traumatized and afraid to attend high school. As her parents grew increasingly indifferent to her suffering, she eventually ran away from home. During her time in the slums where she sought refuge, she encountered Jin.
