Shirogami, Tatsuya
Summary
Tatsuya served as the Nidaime of the Kuryugumi and was the father of Ryuuji. Widely known throughout the yakuza underworld for his cold demeanor and emotionless countenance, he commanded a fearsome reputation. Beneath this stoic exterior, however, he demonstrated care through subtle actions, such as taking in Kaya following the death of her sister and entrusting Kamojima with the responsibility of raising infant Ryuuji while requesting regular photographs. His life ended at the hands of his associate, Odawara, which allowed Ryuuji to ascend to the position of Sandaime at the age of fourteen. Although their relationship was not particularly close, Ryuuji was deeply affected by the loss of his father.
