Summary
Jirou Kagenuma is a student in Group 3 of Class 1-C and serves as a Guard in the magic class match, utilizing a WI Plate. He struggles to articulate his thoughts and speeches clearly, resulting in him being largely ignored by his classmates. Despite this, he holds Kuzumi in high regard, respecting the latter's decision to refrain from using magic. Kagenuma believes Kuzumi is a great man for restraining himself, which allows the class to recognize their own merit through hard work and effort in the magical matches.
