Summary
Feng Lan Ming, also known as Xiao Lan, enters the virtual reality game Second Life as a male character named Prince after her brother claims she cannot succeed as a guy in a world that grants girls special advantages like HP boosts and free equipment. As the first player to log in, she bypasses the usual ban on gender changes to become a Warrior wielding the Black Sabre, a unique weapon that levels with its user and rivals Godly weapons. Her character is thirty percent more attractive than her real-life self, earning her the attention of every female player while serving as the leader of Odd Squad and later the city lord of Infinite City. Although she initially believes the romantic feelings of her teammates Gui and Wicked are directed at her twin brother, she learns after parental intervention that Gui loves Prince and Wicked loves her true self. Following their victory in the adventurer's tournament, she and Odd Squad establish Infinite City. Prince fights with a ruthless edge, enjoying the sensation of being soaked in blood and smiling when killing others, a demeanor that even helped scare Team Hell's Murderers into forfeiting. A natural leader who thrives in front of crowds, she guided Infinite City to victory when hope was lost and became a singing idol whose popularity led to an offer as the official Second Life spokesperson. Despite her rising fame, she grows irritated when friends address her as Lord, preferring to maintain casual relationships with her nakama.
