Buffaloman

Summary

Buffaloman is a bull-themed Choujin originally classified as an Akuma Choujin before being revived as a Seigi Choujin. Hailing from Spain, he is one of the legendary Seven Akuma Choujin, a group once banished to the ends of the universe for their overwhelming strength and brutality. Physically imposing, he stands at 250 cm and weighs 220 kg, featuring two curved Long Horns on the sides of his head that resemble those of a water buffalo. His design and combat style draw inspiration from bullfighting and professional wrestler Bruiser Brody, the latter of whom influenced Yudetamago to pair him with smaller partners like Springman and Mongolman in tag teams such as the 20 Million Powers. His fighting style centers on immense physical power, utilizing trademark techniques like the Hurricane Mixer, Choujin Cross Slam, and Buffalo Bomb. To compensate for his size, Buffaloman can lower his output to increase speed in tight situations and employs a spike on each knee for brutal attacks. Despite his reputation for savagery, he is surprisingly clever, often luring opponents into wasting stamina, and fights with a degree of honor and respect. This moral complexity is highlighted when his good heart is awakened during his battle with Kinnikuman, leading to his resurrection as a hero. To emphasize his status as a formidable threat, the metric Choujin Kyoudo was introduced. Buffaloman possesses a Choujin Kyoudo of 10,000,000 Power, a figure ten times greater than that of Warsman, who was Kinnikuman's greatest opponent prior to Buffaloman's arrival. While many Choujin eventually surpass this power level, Buffaloman’s strength remains a defining advantage. He first appeared in Manga Chapter 122 and Anime Episode 48, marking his entrance into the series as a pivotal challenge for the protagonists.
