Summary
Kodaka’s younger sister, Kobato Hasegawa, is a middle school student who actively participates in the club despite her age. Born on October 18, she shares a deeply close bond with her brother, whom she affectionately calls An-Chan. Her attachment to him often manifests as jealous and clingy behavior, leading her to display an obvious brother complex whenever she feels neglected. This dynamic frequently puts her at odds with Maria, who she views as a rival for Kodaka’s attention, resulting in regular conflicts between the two girls. Kobato has developed a strong fascination with darkness, vampires, and the macabre after watching the anime Full Metal Necromancer. She often adopts an affected speech pattern, claiming to be Reisys VI Felicity Sumeragi, an ancient vampire who has existed for ten thousand years. However, this persona is fragile; when she becomes emotionally agitated, her facade crumbles, revealing a strong Kyūshū accent. Her behavior largely resembles that of a typical adolescent, involving mundane activities like procrastinating on homework or staying indoors during hot weather. When Kodaka points out these ordinary traits, she becomes embarrassed and struggles to maintain her character.
