Katou, Yue
Summary
Yue serves as the best friend of Sakuya Kira and is involved in drug dealing. His initial life ends when Setsuna, controlled by Alexiel, is deceived by Rosiel. Following his death, Enra-Ou recruits his spirit to test or eliminate the Messiah. Although he and Setsuna start off on bad terms, they eventually form a bond and team up to defeat Enra-Ou. Yue acts as a guide for Setsuna within Hades and sacrifices himself to ensure Enra-Ou’s defeat. He is subsequently revived by Uriel, who provides him with a new body, allowing him to assist Setsuna in the story’s remaining arcs. Initially functioning as comic relief, Yue transforms into a tragic figure as his new body deteriorates, a decline that worsens after he suffers severe injuries from Lucifer.
