Summary
Sharpner is a student at Orange Star High School who initially bullies Son Gohan before becoming his friend after seeing Gohan’s impressive athletic abilities. He harbors a crush on Videl, a classmate at the same school. Despite his dedication to physical fitness and working out, Sharpner does not engage in any martial arts training. During the 25th Tenka-ichi Budoukai, he spends a great deal of effort trying to uncover the identity of the Great Saiyaman. When he eventually realizes that Gohan is the hero in question, he feels disappointed that the truth was so obvious. His fate remains unknown following the Buu saga, similar to Erasa. His name is derived from the school supply "sharpener," following the naming convention for his classmates.
