Serving as the head of staff, Chess (チェス, Chesu) meticulously records every new law enacted by Wapol as well as documenting all of his meals. He displays an arrogant demeanor, frequently claiming to have identified his opponent's vulnerabilities. Furthermore, he shows no qualms about harming innocent bystanders.
