Summary
Heitarou Kawara makes his debut in Episode 3, titled "Hellhounds for Hire." As the elderly head of his clan, he holds the title "The Merciful," a moniker that stands in stark contrast to his yakuza background. He first appears listening to the pleas of Daigorou and Osuzu. He declines to hire Jin, arguing that doing so would only result in further bloodshed. Having witnessed excessive violence in the past, he repeatedly attempts to prevent the situation from escalating.
