Barom
Summary
Barom serves as an officer within Zeon and travels alongside M'Quve when the commander departs from Grenada with a fleet to provide assistance at Solomon. During their transit, the fleet discovers an escape capsule housing Zenna and Mineva Zabi. Although M'Quve intends to leave the survivors behind for others to handle, Barom persuades him to rescue them by arguing that space soldiers fight with greater morale when they know rescue is possible in emergencies. Following this decision, M'Quve orders Barom to return to Grenada with the escape capsule while the commander proceeds on a separate vessel. Barom eventually travels to the Texas colony alone on his own ship but meets his end when his vessel is destroyed during a battle with Wakkein's Magellan.
