Seong, Taehoon
Summary
Taehoon presents a cold and stoic exterior, though he can also be brash and reckless. He displays little concern for how his actions impact others, showing no hesitation to use violence against anyone who obstructs him. He enjoys beating people up and may even threaten opponents by harming their friends in front of them to extract what he wants. He holds a firm belief that Taekwondo is sufficient to defeat everyone and dominate the UFC. This arrogant behavior earned him the nickname "Nutjob Taehoon" during his time in Max FC. Passionate about his Taekwondo and eager to prove he is the strongest, Taehoon ignores schoolwork despite being highly intelligent. He relies on his own logic and possesses strong intuition, allowing him to reach correct conclusions even without evidence. His perceptive nature lets him identify Ji Yeonwoo as a Kyokushinkai karateka through visual cues like training bruises, conditioned knuckles, and extreme endurance. He is skilled at recognizing martial artists and remains aware of his surroundings, easily spotting when he is being followed. An action-oriented individual, Taehoon prefers acting on impulse over contemplation. He values personal freedom and dislikes those who allow others to control their decisions. Although he did not initially understand this trait in Dowoon and Yeonwoo, he still sought to help them. Despite his harsh demeanor, he genuinely cares for the other characters. Originally introduced as an enemy, he became Hobin’s ally after being defeated by him, eventually training Hobin in Taekwondo.
