Summary
Uni is the daughter of Aria and the granddaughter of Luce. As a young girl, she serves as the second-in-command of the Millefiore Family and was formerly the leader of the Giglio Nero Famiglia. This leadership role fell to her following the early death of her mother, Aria, whom Uni did not know was a Mafia boss. Uni inherited the Orange Arcobaleno Pacifier from her mother, an item passed down through their family for generations. Upon Aria's death, Uni learned of the Mafia and the leadership responsibilities she must assume for the Giglio Nero Family. Originally kindhearted and caring, she previously knew Reborn as her Grandfather. At that time, the Giglio Nero Family was losing strength and power. To preserve the family's influence, she met with Byakuran, who arranged a meeting with her. Afterward, Uni emerged from Byakuran's office with a drastically altered attitude and personality; Shoichi noted that her heart had been dulled by a powerful drug. She then announced the merger of the two families to form the Millefiore Family. Consequently, she became bitter and cold-hearted, taking on the role of head of the Black Spell and captain of the 1st Calendula Squad. Following the first round of Choice, she intervened to assert that Shoichi's promise was valid and that Byakuran should honor it. When Byakuran ignored her suggestion, she decided to leave the Millefiore Family and asked Tsuna to protect her.
