Summary
Tarou Ootsuki serves as the foreman overseeing Kaiji’s gang within the underground labor camp. Although he initially presents himself as a kind and helpful figure, his true intentions are far more sinister, as he is actually orchestrating a setup designed to lead Kaiji into a much deeper disaster. Furthermore, Ootsuki is the mastermind behind the dice game known as Chinchirorin.
