Summary
Tabikake Misaka serves as the father of Misaka Mikoto and dedicates his professional life to identifying and rectifying the imperfections within the world. During the events of SS2, he becomes deeply entangled in an investigation concerning gemstones, utilizing his extensive network of global contacts. His reach is demonstrated when he receives simultaneous reports of girls who appear identical to his daughter in fifty different locations worldwide. Furthermore, he monitors the efforts of various governments and agencies unaffiliated with Academy City that are attempting to seize control of all the gemstones. Tabikake also maintains a direct line of communication with Aleister, evidenced by his ability to confront him.
