Summary
Beast King is an artificial mutant belonging to the Demon level and a member of the House of Evolution. He made his debut in Chapter 8 and Episode 2. Created by Dr. Genus, Beast King serves as the leader of the doctor’s strike force and stands as the second-strongest specimen in the House of Evolution, surpassed only by Carnage Kabuto. He possesses immense strength and the ability to transform, utilizing weapons that include lion claws. Visually, Beast King appears as a large, humanoid lion featuring a full mane and tail. Despite having humanoid hands with five digits, he retains sharp claws on his fingers and padded, four-toed feet. His attire consists of a black shirt, animal furs draped over his shoulders, and a leopard-skin cloth wrapped around his waist, which is held in place by heavy chains and a belt equipped with a lion-head buckle. He wears bracelets on both his wrists and ankles, along with bracers on his biceps; these bracers shatter when he becomes enraged. Personality-wise, Beast King communicates through loud roaring and constant shouting. He takes pride in his power, though he grows increasingly frustrated by Saitama’s inexplicable strength and lack of fear. As a leader, he displays a sadistic nature and holds little regard for his fellow mutants, justifying the deaths of Slugerous and Frog Man by citing the law of the jungle.
