Summary
Ruka displays a brash, tomboyish demeanor that stands in sharp contrast to the more reserved personality of Itosu. Her tendency to act without forethought often leads her to charge directly into combat, a flaw that allowed Black Lotus to defeat her with relative ease. Despite this impulsiveness, she maintains high levels of politeness in the real world, a trait evident during her interactions with Kuroyukihime. She holds her master in high regard and strictly adheres to the rules he established for both her and Itosu. After her master relocated to Okinawa, Ruka became his ward. Upon becoming a Burst Linker, she took on a parental role for Itosu, and the pair are motivated to expand the number of Burst Linkers within their community.
