Summary
Erik the Whirlwind is a non-canon mercenary who appears exclusively in the One Piece anime as the primary antagonist of the Warship Island arc. He makes his debut in Episode 54. Erik is hired by Commodore Nelson with the objective of capturing the legendary Thousand-Year Dragon, a beast rumored to possess bones that grant eternal youth. However, his true intention is deceptive; he plans to betray Nelson and claim the Dragon's power for himself.
