Summary
Jack Garvey, known by his real name, leads the Elements Network's international anti-crime division, The Wall, and bears a prominent scar on the left side of his face. A former member of the U.S. Army Special Forces Green Berets, he participated in an exchange program with the British Army's SAS. His elite service extended to France, Germany, Italy, and other nations, earning him seven medals. Until three years ago, he was active in CIFA, commanding a successful hostage rescue operation, after which he was dismissed and vanished from the global stage.
