Summary

Mikoto Misaka serves as a primary heroine in the Toaru Majutsu no Index series and stars in the spin-off Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. Born on May 2 with AB blood type, she stands 161 cm tall with light brown hair and eyes. As a Level 5 Esper in Academy City, she holds the third-highest rank among the seven strongest psychics. Her primary ability is Electromaster, which she utilizes to create the Railgun technique. She attends the elite Tokiwadai Middle School, known for its wealthy and powerful students. While outsiders perceive her as a proper lady, she actually possesses a short-tempered, prideful, and somewhat tomboyish personality with hidden insecurities. Despite claiming otherwise, she has a strong moral compass and detests injustice. She enjoys cute, childish items like flowery pajamas and the Gekota mascot. Her powers allow her to generate massive electrical surges capable of city-wide blackouts, fire coins at high velocities, and manipulate magnetic fields to form iron chains into a whip. She can also hack into electronic networks and security systems. Her parents are Misaka Misuzu and Misaka Tabigake.
