Wekapipo
Summary
Wekapipo makes his debut toward the conclusion of Stage 6 in the Steel Ball Run race. He formerly served as an imperial guard until Gyro Zeppeli’s father orchestrated his exile from the nation. Currently, he is allied with the President, aiming to retrieve the corpse parts and eliminate Gyro and Johnny in exchange for US citizenship, residency, and a prestigious government post. He employs a unique steel ball variant known as a wrecking ball, which features 14 satellites. Upon impact, these satellites generate shockwaves that cause targets to lose sensation in the left side of their bodies.
