Wistoria: Wand and Sword Forges Season 3 After Finale

The magic academy adventure isn't over yet. Immediately following the broadcast of its twelfth and final episode, the staff for Wistoria: Wand and Sword announced that production on a third season has officially begun.

The news arrived alongside a special commemorative visual drawn by character designer Sayaka Ono. It celebrates the underdog story of Will Serfort, a hardworking student who can't cast spells in a world ruled by magic and instead relies on his blade to carve his path forward.

Adapted from the manga by Fujino Ōmori and Toshi Aoi, the series has earned praise for its blend of high-fantasy action, heartfelt character moments, and striking animation from studios Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures. Crunchyroll has been streaming both seasons as they aired in Japan on TBS and affiliated networks.

No premiere window was revealed, but the swift renewal after Season 2's conclusion signals strong confidence in the story's future. Fans can expect more dungeon exploits, rivalries, and swordplay as Will continues chasing the top of the magical world.
