Seiko x Fullmetal Alchemist Watch Honors Edward Elric in Style

Japanese watchmaker Seiko has launched a new collaboration with Fullmetal Alchemist, centering on protagonist Edward Elric. The limited-edition chronograph turns signature elements of the beloved series into a wearable, everyday timepiece for adult fans.

The black dial showcases Ed's iconic red transmutation circle at its center, with the Flamel Cross as a subtle accent and hour markers shaped like the bolts from his automail arm. A 6 o'clock sub-dial features the Amestris military emblem, while luminous hands and markers ensure readability. The caseback carries the unforgettable inscription "Don't forget 3. OCT. 11."

Packaging deepens the tribute. The box arrives wrapped in scarlet paper evoking Ed's signature coat, and the lid displays a matte gold Flamel Cross alongside the English translation of a memorable line: "Stand up and walk. You have two perfectly good legs, don't you?" Inside, the watch case is engraved with "EDWARD ELRIC" and the Seiko logo.

The stainless steel piece runs on Seiko's 8T67 mecha-quartz movement, offers 10-bar water resistance, and includes a functional stopwatch. Priced at ¥65,780, it is available exclusively for pre-order through AMNIBUS until July 22, with shipments expected in late January 2027. This marks another premium brand collaboration bringing otaku culture into high-quality lifestyle goods.
