Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. Season 2 Casts Shrine Maiden and Student

The workplace magical girl series is adding two fresh voices ahead of its return. Manaka Iwami will play Sakae Tōnomori, the 28th-generation shrine maiden from Kyoto's Tōnomori shrine, while Masaya Fukunishi voices Hibiki Yamimori, a university student at Kyoto Magic University.

The announcements arrived with a new 30-second promotional video that doubles as the first listen to the season's opening theme, "Latte Magic," performed by syudou and FANTASTICS member Yūsei Yagi. Hololive VTuber Houshou Marine handles the ending theme "BooooM!!!".

These additions join an established lineup led by Fairouz Ai as Kana Sakuragi, with Mariko Higashiuchi taking over as Hitomi Koshigaya. Production shifts include new director Riki Fukushima and series script supervisor Michiko Yokote at J.C.Staff.

The second season begins airing July 4, 2026 on NTV and affiliate stations, with Prime Video handling early streaming in Japan. Fans can revisit the first season's blend of corporate life and monster-battling magic in the meantime.
