Go Nagai and Dynamic Pro Deliver New Manga for Weekly Manga Goraku's 3,000th Issue

Weekly Manga Goraku is set to celebrate its 3,000th issue with a special edition on July 3, and leading the festivities is a brand new color story from the legendary Go Nagai working with his Dynamic Pro studio. The 36-page piece titled Chikyū Taisen 2053 will appear as the cover feature in the milestone number.

The plans were revealed in the preceding issue of the Nihonbungeisha publication. The 3,000th issue will be offered at a special price of 110 yen to mark the occasion, and it will also include other new content and reader giveaways.

Go Nagai's storied career includes genre-defining titles that have left an indelible mark on manga and anime culture for nearly six decades. His involvement in this historic edition highlights both the magazine's longevity and the creator's continued relevance.
