At first glance, he appears to be an ordinary person, but because he is actually the alien Fighbird, his behavior deviates slightly from normal humans. He usually works as Dr. Amano's assistant. He looks unkempt, always wearing a white coat and glasses. However, once an enemy appears, his personality undergoes a dramatic transformation.

Marina and Justin receive help from their underwater friends: Winnie the seahorse, Bobo the tropical fish, and Ridley the sea otter, as well as from the wizard Anselm and Justin’s page, Chauncey.

At that moment, three young men clad in mechanical suits arrive. They are the very same individuals—Ken, Ryo, and Go—who have been transformed into cyborg investigators through the surgery. They call themselves "Armored Police Metal Jacks." The "Metal Jacks," dazzlingly shifting from "Jack Suits" to "Jack Armors," completely annihilate the robot corps and secure victory, marking the start of the battle between high-tech criminals and the "Metal Jacks" against the backdrop of a futuristic "Tokyo City."
