It may not be his dream job, but if it covers the rent and puts food on the table...

The real-life tavern Kaijuu Sakaba displays kaijuu costumes from the Ultraman series and hosts events where patrons can dine with actors wearing those costumes. To commemorate both the grand re-opening of Kaijuu Sakaba in Kawasaki and the opening of a second tavern in Osaka, this anime was created to center on the kaijuu employees working at the tavern and the challenges they face.
