As Souma and his companions navigate fresh hurdles and powerful rivals, their goal is to triumph in the BLUE and confront Asahi Saiba. As the shrewd leader of Noir, a clandestine organization of top-tier chefs, Asahi harbors intense grudge against Souma for previously besting both him and his father in Shokugeki.

Shuuichi Kagaya seems like a typical high schooler, yet he harbors a mysterious power to transform into a monster, the origin and purpose of which remain a complete enigma to him. While trying to save a girl named Claire Aoki from a fire, Shuuichi involuntarily shifts into his monstrous form. In the chaos of the rescue, he loses his phone. The following day, Claire confronts Shuuichi, convinced he is the creature she witnessed. When he denies it, she shoves him off the school rooftop to test her hypothesis, forcing him to transform once more to prevent serious injury. Claire records the event and blackmails Shuuichi into sharing whatever he knows about monsters, even though his understanding is minimal. Her real objective is to locate her own sister, who has also experienced a similar transformation. United in their quest for answers, the two embark on a search, unaware that others are hunting for the same truth.

Along her journey, she meets Licht Bach, a mysterious masked figure with a negative Count, and Nana, a tavern keeper. When a military officer assaults Hina, Licht steps in to defend her, displaying a second Count bearing the white star to confirm his identity as an Ace. The narrative tracks Hina and her companions as they expose the concealed secrets of Alcia, the nature of the Abyss, and the enduring legacy of the Aces.

After a long war finally ended, humans and monsters now coexist peacefully. Lindworm is a town that stands as a symbol of this harmony between different species. Dr. Glenn Litbeit, a human physician who knows a great deal about monster anatomy, operates a modest clinic with his partner, Saphentite Neikes—a lamia with snake-like traits. Glenn puts his expertise to use treating any monster who comes for help, addressing everything from sicknesses to wounds with commitment and compassion.

At Seton Academy, where students from various animal species attend, Jin Mazama is one of the few human students and harbors a deep dislike for animals. His life changes when he meets Ranka Ookami, a lively lone wolf without a pack or friends. Ranka keeps trying to get Jin to join her pack, but he consistently refuses. Meanwhile, Jin meets another human student, Hitomi Hino, and quickly becomes infatuated with her. As they grow closer, they start a cooking club. Despite some initial friction, Ranka ends up joining the club as well. The story follows this group—including a charming koala, a laid-back blonde sloth, and a sassy cat—as they come together in their new club. It is a heartwarming and funny tale of how friendships can form between very different creatures.

Bell Cranel and his Hestia Familia set out on a mission to collect rare medicinal herbs from a deserted island, treating the journey as a much-needed break. But as soon as they land, the girls start competing for Bell's attention, heightening tensions within the group. Their peaceful retreat takes a turn when a surprising familiar face appears, and strange occurrences begin to plague the island, forcing the team to confront unforeseen challenges.

Various factions rush to uncover the mysteries surrounding the empty ship, the blood-covered bat, and a purple bra that inexplicably appears in Akatsuki's pocket.

The campaign to launch a new offensive against the Neuroi, mysterious alien invaders, is underway. The main objective is to capture Berlin, the capital of the Empire of Karlsland, a critical step toward eliminating the Neuroi threat in Europe. However, with the Neuroi's capacity to adapt to changing combat situations, the allied forces' current strength and Striker technology might not be enough for a decisive victory. Meanwhile, Yoshika Miyafuji, a Witch from Fuso, is studying medicine in Lausanne. Having recently regained her magical powers after losing them, she is eager to join the fight again. A call to arms brings the scattered members of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing back together for their final push against the enemy.

The first OVA centers on three main female characters in a story created specifically for this release. It is included with the eleventh and twelfth tankoubon volumes of the Dokyuu Hentai HxEros manga series.
