Synopsis
A scientific animation created as the second project under Anime Innovation Tokyo, an investment initiative by THINK Corporation and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to fund animation works from independent animators or small studios. What do you think is the fastest mode of transportation in the world? Haley attends a school of wizardry, where he spends his time racing his friends on flying broomsticks. One day, his teacher reveals a new invention: magic goggles that can measure the speed of moving objects just by wearing them. The teacher has Haley and his friends use these goggles to compete against one another, aiming to determine who can record the fastest speed among any nearby animals. After losing to Haley, Peter becomes frustrated and challenges him to another match. The two head off to the human world, taking along an advanced magic broomstick that their teacher had developed. Even though the broomstick was incomplete, Haley and Peter manage to fly around the human world and discover the fastest moving object. Now, what do you suppose that might be...?!
