However, this grim fantasy may never come to pass, as Ichikawa begins to uncover a new side of Yamada's personality. Frequently visiting the library to escape, Ichikawa repeatedly encounters Yamada. Over time, he discovers that the seemingly perfect girl is actually quite absent-minded and oblivious to social cues.
