Synopsis
This surreal cutout animation traces a young girl's physical travels, which mirror an internal journey through the pain and joy of existence. She arrives in an anonymous Western metropolis that functions as a bizarre dreamscape, populated by visual references to Dali, Magritte, de Chirico, and Escher. While the voyage transforms her utterly, she remains the sole individual aware of the profound changes she has undergone upon her return. The film features poetry by Su Tong-Po, a renowned Chinese poet.
