Synopsis

In this thrilling Chinese action film, Mr. Black makes his return. When the notorious criminal rat known as One-Ear escapes, Mr. Black issues a citywide alert to recapture him. However, a greater threat emerges: a crazed ape scientist named Dr. Big Ape seeks vengeance against those who wronged him. Forming an alliance with One-Ear, the two devise a sinister scheme: on opening day, they plan to abduct the townspeople and send them into space using the "Emerald Star." With assistance from his fellow officers and a young pig partner, Mr. Black confronts his enemies in a climactic battle aboard the "Emerald Star."
