Synopsis
Shinobu Oomiya traveled to England for a homestay and formed a close bond with Alice Cartelet, the daughter of her host family. When Shinobu had to go back to Japan, the two managed to convey their sadness even though they spoke different languages. Half a decade later, Shinobu is now a high school freshman. She receives an airmail letter written in a language she cannot read, but it comes from Alice, who announces that she is coming to Japan for a homestay. Alice will not only attend Shinobu's school but also live with her. Together with their mutual friends Youko Inokuma, Aya Komichi, and Karen Kujou, the five girls spend their days going to school and discovering the unique aspects of each other's cultures.
Background
Characters and songs from this series also appear in the rhythm game Miracle Girls Festival, which was released on the PlayStation Vita in December 2015. The conversation school Coco Juku directed the series' English segments.
