Searching For The Immortals

Synopsis

Lin Chu was born into an elite family, but his life shatters when his parents vanish and his father's former aide seizes all their wealth. Forced to reside in their decaying mansion on the outskirts of town, he comes across a sentient bonsai tree that holds the trapped Xuanqing Patriarch. Recognizing Lin Chu's ability to release him, the immortal proposes a bargain: he will instruct Lin Chu in cultivation methods and assist in uncovering the truth behind his parents' disappearance, provided Lin Chu frees him. Accepting the deal, Lin Chu sets out on the journey of cultivation.
