This educational fire safety video, titled Kaji to Kouma, was produced for school audiences. Very little information is known about this piece beyond the fact that Yoshikazu Yasuhiko was in charge of the character designs. That detail comes from page 117 of the "Yoshikazu Yasuhiko Design Notes" booklet, which was included with the December issue of Animage no. 56.
