Synopsis
In "Ningen Fushin: Adventurers Who Don't Believe in Humanity Will Save the World," veteran adventurer Nick, mage Tiana, cleric Zem, and half-dragon Curran happen to share a table at a tavern. As the evening progresses, each confesses their personal grievances and the habits they have adopted for comfort. Despite their differing histories, a common thread unites them: betrayal. Each has been deeply wounded by someone they trusted, leaving them with severe trust issues. Beyond their cynical outlooks, they also share a pressing problem: a severe shortage of money. Realizing they need a change, they decide to create a party, strengthen their numbers, and earn enough funds to pursue their separate goals. Unbeknownst to them, their path will lead them to become the world's heroes when a looming catastrophe threatens.
