Synopsis
Reki Kyan is a high schooler whose entire world revolves around skateboarding. At night, he participates in S, a perilous illegal race held within a mine. Following an accident that shatters his board and breaks his arm, Reki finds himself unable to skate. While working, he meets Langa Hasegawa, a new classmate of mixed Canadian and Japanese heritage with zero skating experience. Langa is in urgent need of cash. After the two visit S at Reki’s boss’s request and land in hot water, they are compelled into a wager forcing Langa to race. Yet, this enigmatic transfer student possesses a hidden advantage unknown to Reki, potentially leading him to victory in the most unforeseen manner.
