Synopsis
Shouta no Sushi centers on a young boy who aspires to become a sushi chef like his father. Departing from the competitive tone of the original manga, the anime shifts its focus to self-sufficiency and policy matters concerning agriculture, forestry, and fisheries in Japan, aiming to educate the public.
