Soon after arriving, they rescue a young woman from a car chase—she is Clarisse d' Cagliostro, the daughter of the late Duke d' Cagliostro. The protagonist Wu Liuqi once lived a carefree existence on Xiaoji Island, but his background became unclear because of amnesia. When outsiders arrived on the island and identified Wu Liuqi, a series of schemes started to envelop Xiaoji Island. A newly discovered mineral with super stealth capabilities in Vesparand draws Lupin’s interest. Simultaneously, the sudden deaths of Queen Sakura and Prince Gill place Princess Mira next in line for the throne. While visiting Japan, she spots a lookalike in Ran and swaps identities, resulting in Ran being taken to Vesparand alongside Conan, Zenigata, Kogoro Mouri, Lupin, and Fujiko. Upon arrival, they encounter Jigen and unravel the secrets behind the royal murders.

The Danger Service Agency (DSA) is staffed by three operatives: Mikura, Kurokawa, and Harada. Loosely based on Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories, this series reimagines all the classic characters as dogs. The canine versions of Sherlock Holmes, his assistant Watson, and their housemaid Mrs. Hudson team up to solve various mysteries. Their usual adversary is Professor Moriarty and his gang, who employ an array of bizarre gadgets to carry out their thefts.

Team Warrior operates as a specialized anti-terror unit within the Neo-Tokyo Police force. Its members include Rio, who is perpetually broke; Maya, who has an obsession with guns; computer expert Lillica; technology specialist Nanvel; Yuji, a pilot with voyeuristic tendencies; and their enigmatic leader, Maki. The team handles various assignments such as bodyguard details, dismantling robbery and arms trafficking operations, and guarding a highly formidable tank. Rio and the others consistently foil the schemes of Ruby, an agent working for a mysterious coalition of influential figures. Following a diamond heist in Brazil, Lupin conceals the jewel inside a doll and boards a flight departing the country. During the flight, a young girl named Julia steals the doll, and her caretaker turns out to be Fujiko Mine. Before Lupin can retrieve the doll, the plane gets hijacked, and the girl is abducted. The kidnappers are pursuing the same item Fujiko seeks—a volume of Nostradamus prophecies concealed in the tower belonging to Julia's father. Lupin and his crew unite to rescue the girl, recover the diamond, and unravel the mysteries surrounding the peculiar book.

During Goemon's wedding to Murasaki Inabe, the daughter of a samurai clan leader, the Fuma ninjas attack and kidnap the bride, demanding her family's ancient treasure as ransom. Lupin, Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko team up once more to rescue Murasaki and reach the treasure before the Fuma can steal it.

Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen fly a small helicopter to the enigmatic "Drifting Island" in search of a treasure said to be hidden somewhere on it. As they explore the island, the trio confronts the deadly "Nanomachine," the island's security system. Their presence triggers an alarm, activating the Nanomachine. The key to unraveling the island's mystery lies in the tiny nation of Zufu. This once prosperous country is now governed by the cruel, knife-obsessed General Headhunter. Fujiko does her typical snooping and breaks into General Headhunter's computer, hoping to uncover vital data. Zenigata receives a video message from Lupin, in which Lupin declares his intent to obtain the priceless treasure. Oleander, a fiery blonde officer with a few secrets of her own, steps in to assist Zenigata. Armed with their newly acquired intelligence, Lupin, Goemon, Jigen, and Fujiko return to Drifting Island—but this time, they are tailed by General Headhunter.

Jigen narrates the story of how the group initially met. At that time, Jigen was still working for the Mafia and was tasked with protecting an ancient relic—the very one Lupin and Fujiko were each attempting to steal. Meanwhile, Inspector Zenigata, then a member of the Japanese police force, had followed Fujiko's trail to the United States, and Ishikawa Goemon was in search of his clan's lost treasure.

The three Kisugi sisters—Hitomi, Rui, and Ai—manage a café named Cat's Eye. Beneath this ordinary front, they live a secret existence as a group of exceptionally skilled art thieves, always leaving a calling card bearing the name "Cat's Eye" at each crime scene. They target artworks that once belonged to their missing father, Heinz, a famous art collector from the Nazi era, hoping their thefts will lead him to contact them. Investigating the case is Toshio, a police officer who is also Hitomi's fiancé, and he is determined to arrest and bring down the Cat's Eye Gang.

After spending his entire life on Mount Taiheng, half-yao Kong Hongjun finally gets the chance to explore the human world. Mysterious Babylonian tablets discovered in Manhattan offer tantalizing clues pointing to the Tower of Babel—not the biblical one, but the original structure built entirely from solid gold. A crime boss from Hong Kong hires Lupin, Fujiko, and Jigen to retrieve a legendary dragon statue that went down with the Titanic. However, the dragon is a sacred relic of Goemon's clan, rumored to possess power greater than his Zantetsuken sword. Goemon is determined to guard the statue at any cost, even if that means turning against his old friends.

Yasuo works at a ramen shop and is in a relationship with Yukiko, a pretty news reporter. But his finances are struggling, and after a customer forgets a green jacket, Yasuo begins supplementing his income by wandering the crowded streets of the Tokyo metroplex and lifting people's wallets. This allows him to buy his girlfriend an expensive ring, even though she insists he didn't need to get it for her. Over time, Yasuo grows obsessed with becoming Lupin, going so far as to read and watch everything related to him, and even teams up with Jigen for a while. But when Yasuo learns about the Ice Cube diamond, he realizes that if he can steal it, he will truly be the real Lupin.
