Synopsis

Shizuku Tsukishima, a lively fourteen-year-old girl, spends her free time reading books and composing poetry. One evening, while glancing at the checkout cards in her library books, she notices they are frequently borrowed by a boy named Seiji Amasawa. Intrigued, she decides to seek out this boy who shares her passion for literature. After following a peculiar cat she encounters on a train, Shizuku is led to a charming antique shop, where she discovers a cat statuette called "The Baron." Drawn to the shop, she unexpectedly meets Seiji, and the two quickly become friends. As she gets to know him, Shizuku learns that Seiji has a dream he is determined to pursue, which leaves her troubled because she is uncertain about her own future and has yet to recognize her own abilities. Nevertheless, as her bond with Seiji deepens, Shizuku grows determined to pursue a goal. Guided by the whispers of her heart and inspired by The Baron, she decides to forge her own potential and chase her dreams.
