Synopsis
In the year 20XX, humanity has expanded into space and colonized numerous planets. Among these far-off worlds lies the Countryside Planet, where the story takes place. It centers on Moyori Obayashi, a high school freshman who gathers discarded items, and her friend Kayo Daijamori, a dreamer fascinated by magic and alternate realities. Their unusual summer day together forms the core of the narrative. Against a society obsessed with uniformity and control, the story explores how overlooked and marginal spaces might hold the key to preserving humanity's essence and the freedom to be genuine.
