Continues the story of Dive Olly Dive and the Pirate Treasure

Deep beneath the ocean at the edge of the world, a vast treasure glimmers with precious gems and golden coins. Sunlight reflecting off this hoard creates dazzling rainbows, revealing it as the source of all rainbows on Earth. Submarine explorers Olly and Beth set out to find this legendary wealth, but face competition from villains like Snarky Sharkskin and his cunning Seahorse Gang. The stakes rise when the once-peaceful Sea Lion Guardians transform into malicious Sea Lion Pirates, plotting to seize the treasure and extinguish all rainbows forever. To thwart this impending doom, Olly and Beth must act. Their mantra is clear: "Dive, Olly, Dive!"

Pursued by bill collectors because of an enormous debt, Octopus Paul had no choice but to go into hiding with his family on the ocean floor. While there, he encountered a one-eyed shark (voiced by Tan Mantang), who encouraged him to gamble. This led to Paul growing increasingly arrogant.
