Synopsis

In visual novels, an imaginary flag marks a crucial turning point in the storyline. Activating a romance flag guides players toward the heroine's route, while a death flag signals an upcoming character's demise. High school student Souta Hatate has the unique ability to see these flags floating above people's heads and can remove them to prevent specific outcomes, especially deaths. After a traumatic event where he alone survived, Souta came to believe that he brings misfortune to those around him, leading him to isolate himself and avoid forming close relationships. His life changes when he transfers to a new school and once again removes a death flag. His classmate, Nanami Knight Bladefield, witnesses his actions and resolves to understand him better, staying by his side no matter what.
