Zen-chan Tsuu-chan is an educational television program that originally aired on NTV, with the purpose of instructing young viewers on traffic safety. The series was rebroadcast on multiple channels continuously until 1978. Although each episode was only five minutes long, it was featured as part of a programming block that consisted of several other live-action short films and series aimed at children.
