Synopsis
Wim Strauss is a "granting caster"—a mage specializing in support magic that boosts his allies' strength through his spells. While this talent is useful, it has no direct combat application, so his party members see it as worthless. To them, support magic is just dead weight, and they quickly kick him out, leaving Wim to question whether his adventuring career is over. Fortunately, Wim gets a major opportunity: his childhood friend Heidemarie arranges an audition for him with her elite A-rank party, Nachtlibelle. Both of them know his magic is capable of more than simple backup, but now he must prove it. It's time to demonstrate that support mages can do far more than just stay in the back lines.
