The third installment of Maria-sama ga Miteru picks up as summer finally arrives, bringing the anticipation of vacation for the students at Lillian Girls’ Academy. Sachiko and Yumi head to the Ogasawara family's summer house for a relaxing getaway, but their idyllic time together quickly unravels when some of Sachiko's old acquaintances show up without warning. These wealthy, snobbish visitors look down on the bond between Yumi and Sachiko—and unless Yumi treads carefully, her joyful summer alongside Sachiko might end suddenly, leaving her in tears.

The fourth season of Maria-sama ga Miteru unfolds at Lillian Girls’ Academy, where the students’ lives are buzzing with activity. The Yamayuri Council is collaborating with the all-boys Hanadera Academy on a theater production, and the school festival looms on the horizon. Yet Yumi’s responsibilities are nothing next to the challenge Sachiko has given her: selecting someone to become her petite soeur. Can Yumi withstand the strain of such a weighty choice, or will she buckle beneath the expectations of the Council—and Sachiko herself?

After a bicycle accident on her way home from work, a young woman encounters a weakened tree goddess whose shrine is in danger due to a nearby construction project. Wanting to help, she brings the goddess into her home and looks after her until she regains her strength. As their connection deepens, ongoing development introduces obstacles that put their relationship to the test and forces both of them to confront the repercussions.

Released on October 27th, 2006, this OVA serves as both the 13th installment and a continuation of Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~. After Hazumu confessed to Yasuna and was turned down, he went to Mt. Kashimayama to deal with his heartbreak—the same place where the two had first met. While wandering the mountain as night fell, he spotted what he believed to be a shooting star. Just as he began making a wish, he realized it was actually a descending spaceship. In the resulting crash, Hazumu survived thanks to an alien's intervention, but because of a mistake during the reconstruction of his body, he ended up being turned into a girl.

One afternoon, Saki is dashing to her piano lesson when she bumps into someone on the street. While picking herself up, Saki notices the stranger has retrieved the sheet music she dropped. Without a single word, the person hands back the music along with a band-aid, then walks away. Saki is left curious about the tall, beautiful stranger—only to learn the next day that this person is actually a classmate at her new high school. Her name is Kanon, and although she has a hearing impairment, she adamantly declines any form of assistance or "special treatment" from both teachers and peers. As the school year progresses, Saki gradually draws closer to Kanon and starts to break through her cold, distant demeanor.

This 61-minute film follows Yi-gyeong, an ordinary 18-year-old student portrayed by Yoon Ah-Young, whose life undergoes a major shift when she meets Suyi, a spirited athlete played by Song Harim. Suyi sparks unfamiliar romantic feelings in Yi-gyeong, prompting her to begin exploring her sense of self. Over the next two years, as they spend time together, both characters grow and mature. This development, however, also leads Yi-gyeong to recognize that her emotions toward Suyi are changing.

In a small Korean town, two eighteen-year-old girls, Suyi and Yi-gyeong, develop romantic feelings for each other and hope to move to Seoul together once they finish their studies. The series was later compiled into a movie that premiered in theaters on June 7, 2023.
