Synopsis
Alice is trapped inside Room 431 of an enormous, constantly shifting mansion that also serves as a bizarre and nightmarish library. This mansion follows a terrifying rule: once it reaches 666 rooms, a sinister "party" will begin, trapping everyone inside forever. Determined to avoid this fate, Alice starts a dangerous journey downward toward Room 000, which she believes is the only way out. But the mansion actively resists her escape. The farther Alice moves from where she started, the more her physical body begins to break down—turning into letters and text until she starts to disintegrate. As she navigates the confusing corridors, Alice encounters the twisted inhabitants of various rooms. Among them are a self-righteous judge, a musician consumed by despair, and fictional characters who do not realize they are fictional. Each of these residents embodies a distinct kind of mental anguish and hopelessness.
